This updated condo has fine furnishings in a comfortable setting with flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to dine in after your day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV and DVD player. The master bath has a jetted bathtub and huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and TV. Secure WiFi and a washer and dryer are available in the condo.

Seasonal daily chair rentals are offered along the resort's 600 ft. of private beach. Relax by either of the two beachfront pools or enjoy your favorite beverage from the Tiki Bar or lunch at the Blue Dunes Grill.
The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a 52-acre private gated community, which offers special amenities such as sun deck, gas grills, putting green, and shuffleboard. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. Its great location puts it close to Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, with tons of shopping and top-rated restaurants and the nation's largest outlet complex, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
The ResortQuest Amenity Card is not available with this condo rental.

No Canopies or Tents allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on premises. Our minimum age requirement is 25 y/o. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
***The Elevator Modernization Project will begin with Elevator 3 on August 5th. 2024. Each elevator will be completed before moving to the next and it is expected to take 14 weeks per elevator. If the project goes as planned it should be complete before summer 2025. During the project, there will be portions of the parking lot blocked and storage of items in some of the garage bays. We will provide updates as this project progresses. **

December 18th - January 2nd
Spring Break- Date TBD until the pool can sustain 82 degrees on its own.
